Digital Media & Content Strategist

RubLine Marketing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and creative Digital Media & Content Strategist to lead the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, SMS, and MMS platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for developing engaging campaigns, producing compelling content, and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and takes ownership of content performance from ideation through execution and reporting.

 


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital media campaigns across social platforms, email marketing, SMS, and MMS channels.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to align campaign objectives with brand voice, audience behavior, and business goals. 
  • Build campaign calendars and maintain consistent publishing schedules across platforms.

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Create original, platform-specific content including short-form video, static imagery, captions, scripts, and calls-to-action.
  • Script, edit, and optimize viral-style video content for social distribution.
  • Adapt long-form or evergreen content into high-engagement social, email, and SMS assets.
  • Continuously refine content based on performance, trends, and audience engagement.

Trend Research & Innovation

  • Actively research emerging social trends, formats, audio, memes, and platform updates.
  • Rapidly test and execute trend-based content while maintaining brand alignment and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to gain organic reach and cultural relevance.

Email, SMS & MMS Marketing

  • Write, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns aligned with broader digital strategies.
  • Create compelling SMS and MMS campaigns focused on engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Maintain best practices around frequency, compliance, and deliverability.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze engagement and performance reports across all digital channels.
  • Develop clear, concise performance summaries highlighting wins, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
  • Use data to inform future content, creative direction, and campaign strategy.
  • Present insights internally and contribute to client-facing reporting as needed.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Engage professionally and confidently with clients, understanding their goals and translating feedback into action.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and account teams.
  • Maintain strong communication, follow-through, and accountability across all assigned projects.

 


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Proven ability to create and edit short-form video and digital content for social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills across social, email, and SMS formats.
  • Experience analyzing engagement metrics and campaign performance data.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
